How it works

You can delete your profile by clicking the settings button in the top right hand of your profile page. At the bottom of the Settings you will have an option to delete your profile.

The app will allow you to go back one profile if you would like to change your mind about pressing the green tick or the red x.

If you decide to meet another Subscriber, please take safety precautions. For example, you can let a close friend or a relative know about your meeting, perhaps even ask them to accompany you. Try to meet in a public place.

Users often provide more information about themselves including photos, their interests and other relevant details. You can access this information by scrolling down the picture of the user.

The application offers some paid services. We use verified, independent payment providers and do not hold any card or account information on our servers.

We strongly urge you to be careful not to give too much personal information (for example your home address, phone number, bank details etc) to someone you do not know well in your public profile or in private chats.

We will ask a set of questions when you are registering, including your preferred language, your phone number – both answers will not be disclosed to any other participant. We will also ask you questions about yourself including your age, location and name as well as others. Please answer as truthfully as possible as it helps our software to find you the best possible match.

We do not have the capacity to check all the information that the Subscribers write in their account. Whilst we make the best effort to verify phone numbers (by sending an SMS code) and photos of Subscriber (by asking them to take a selfie which we can compare to their photos), this is not a fool proof process. We can’t be held liable for any information which the User has put in.

Next to the Green Tick button, you will see this button, which if pressed will show you how your profile looks to other users. You can edit any of your public information in either Settings or My Profile sections which can be accessed on the main menu in the app.

When we verify your photo, if we believe that you are younger than 18, we can ask you to send us a document to prove us your age. When we receive such a document, we will authorise your use of the application.
